Pros
Great retirement benefits, vacation time and profit sharing all though it's starting to get scaled back. The work/life balance is great. Great people in every department. Your co-workers really make Fidelity a great enjoyable place to work.
Cons
The base pay is average at best and merit increases are almost nonexistent. The increases are rarely reflective of performance, but really where you fall in the range of your salary grade compared to your co-workers. Their is a lack of opportunity for advanacement, politics are heavy, and to move up you really need to know someone.
