Call center environment is physically and emotionally draining Once you're branded a phone rep you have very little mobility unless you're willing to go to a branch or another phone role Firm pushes career development focus but the only ones that move up either know the right people or get continually rejected for years until eventually getting a break Having every second of your day tracked is nerve wracking
