Pros
Co workers are helpful and some management but not all are honest everyone is on contract except those who started from years back and are now full timers, they are not helpful as contractors, same with management - lower management
Cons
Fidelity needs to work with lower management to keep good employees who are there to do their best and become full timers, management lies and if they want you gone they make up things to let you go when you do your work and clients are happy its hard when your manager does not like you for whatever reason and lets you go. Management needs to learn how to not judge and ensure they keep good workers who can make the company grow and be successful.
