Pros
There are some very fine people who work there, and the environment is professional. Many projects are well funded, and they take a long term approach to projects -- so you usually have what you need to get things done. There is a commitment to integrity. The benefits are quite nice.
Cons
The management seems to have lost focus and is spinning around creating turmoil and fear. There is a lot of internal strife and politics. Groups are set up to compete with each other, and this causes in-fighting. They compete with each other, and loose focus on competing with their external competitors. I think Ned lost control of the company, and it seems to me that the family cares more about their assets than about the company. It's a family biz, and the family comes first.
