Pros

1.Good infrastructure, company standard is high. 2. Decent hike and facilities. 3. Open culture and no bosses rule. 4. U will get opportunity to understand different technologies. 5. Good Internal Job postings.

Cons

1. Pathetic canteen, U don't get anything apart from lunch time. 2. Growth is slow due to tons of HR policies(ex : join as associate wait for 18 months to complete in the team as per the policy, in order to go different team after that get 6 months grace period to apply for different team if u didn't get different team, then u have to accept promotion as software again u blocked for 18 months, so from associate to software and staying in software engineer u will end up 4 years in the company, forget about senior it will take 4+2 to become senior and 6+4 to lead) now u guys understood slow growth means. 3. Work load is high, no appreciation for the work you do. 4. If you join this company as an senior software engineer then salary is good, mid level it's as same as other company standards. 5. Approval for each and every idea, first of all manager don't appreciate your ideas they just listen and implement themselves and take there name.

Pros

Benefits including profit sharing and bonuses are great. The breadth of this company provides a great opportunity to try out different career paths or boost your current one.

Cons

In my current role, I am working overtime more often than I'd like with recognition that seems to only go so far until it sizzles out. That may be tied to the size of the company itself, where promotions work in a "trickle down" manner.
