Pros
A company which is constantly shifting to try to best serve their users - the mission is becoming ever more the focal point of the organisation which makes the work very rewarding. The perks for team members are really good - including unlimited PTO, generous new joiner budget and an expense account. My career has progressed massively since I joined Feeld; I've had a lot of trust put in me by the leadership team and I've taken on new roles and responsibilities I hadn't imagined would be available to me.
Cons
All remote company so timezones become an issue when planning life outside of work. The shifts in priority can feel very challenging to juggle.
