Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed some of the benefits of working at Feedr, like the meals provided in the office. We understand that not every business decision or strategy will resonate with everyone, and we’re sorry to hear that you felt disconnected from some of the choices made by leadership team. We strive to be as transparent as possible and we stand by the fact that we always ensure that decisions are well-informed and made with the best interests of both our people and the business in mind. Both of which we care deeply about. Feedr has experienced significant growth in recent years, and we are proud to say this was only made possible due to the contributions from every team member. At the same time, we recognise that growth brings challenges, and we’re continuously working to balance business success with a supportive and engaging work environment. Over the past few months, we've increased our focus on internal development and employee well-being, and we’re committed to fostering a culture that helps our team thrive. We’re sorry to hear that you don't feel your time with us fully reflect this, we appreciate your contribution to Feedr and wish you all the best in your future endeavours. If you’d like to discuss your experience further, we’d be happy to connect offline.

Pros

Subsidized lunch on office days.

Cons

The sky high turnover rate at this company is reflective of how staff are treated. The product needs a huge amount of investment and rediscovery, but instead employees are tasked with doing an unrealistic amount of manual work which is not enjoyable or effective. Consequently, staff are blamed when targets are not met, despite this being due to bad strategy, poor management, lack of product investment and virtually no personal development opportunities.
