Interview
One interview, didn’t hear back until I chased. Two weeks after interviewing and having no contact from them, I was sent a job offer much lower than discussed with HR and advertised on LinkedIn (where I applied). When I brought this point up and requested to match what we had discussed, the offer was rescinded.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Feedr in Feb 2022
Interview
Very transparent and clear process! The company were very responsive, offering me an interview quickly after I submitted my application. Began with an initial virtual screening with the CTO, and then followed a few days later by a call with the CTO, CRO and COO. Answered all of my questions clearly and honestly.

Question 1
What HR processes/procedures have you implemented in your previous position?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Feedr in Oct 2021
Interview
The process consisted of 3 interview stages with various members of the company.
It began with a phone interview with the People and Talent Manager, who was very lovely and very reassuring about the whole process. She asked me questions about my experience, a little bit about the company and why I wanted to join.
The second stage was a video interview with the department manager, who was again very kind and comforting with a chatty persona. He again asked about my experience and several scenario questions, as well as about myself as a person. This was nice as with other interviews I have felt like a bit of a droid, destined to be exploited purely for work without consideration of social aspects of working life.
Finally, I spoke to an accounts manager who really just wanted me to feel welcomed, asking about my experience and how I fit in with the companies goals.
