Pros

- Discounted food - In a WeWork office

Cons

- Massive blame culture; everything is communicated via public channels on Slack, and if any mistake is made it will be called out on Slack, telling off the person held to be responsible (even if that person hasn't actually made the mistake) - Horrendous onboarding; they briefly go over some - not all - of the processes in your first week, then weeks down the line you're expected to know things you were never taught. - Bullying internally from members of the team who have no authority but have been there the longest - the founders do little to stop this, if anything. Creates a toxic working environment where everyone talks behind each others backs about how they can't stand the bullying atmosphere and the people/person responsible, but no-one confronts the situation. - Commission structure means you will see no commission unless you've been there years (even then it's minimal and nothing like they state in the job description) - High and quick turnover of staff - Will do what they can to take as much as possible from you without supporting in basic forms, such as they barely pay expenses, even for travel, even for sales people. There is one 'office oyster card' and if someone else has it, then you have to pay to get to and from your meetings.

Pros

Subsidized lunch on office days.

Cons

The sky high turnover rate at this company is reflective of how staff are treated. The product needs a huge amount of investment and rediscovery, but instead employees are tasked with doing an unrealistic amount of manual work which is not enjoyable or effective. Consequently, staff are blamed when targets are not met, despite this being due to bad strategy, poor management, lack of product investment and virtually no personal development opportunities.
