Pros

There are many good people here, except for the management. I’ve had the chance to work with many talented, supportive, and highly skilled individuals who truly bring value to the team. The people here are one of the best parts of the company, and their dedication, capability, and positive attitude deserve real appreciation.

Cons

Watch out, it’s a trap. You’ll be lucky if you actually get your salary on time. Getting paid here feels like chasing something that should have been your basic right from the start. Salary disbursement is extremely difficult, unclear, and stressful. Even after I left the company, there was still overtime payment that had not been settled.

Pros

Flexible remote work arrangement gives employees some freedom in managing their time.

Cons

There is a lack of clear structure, roles, and direction within the company. Priorities often change without proper planning, which affects productivity and overall work results. Communication from management is not always clear or transparent, so employees may feel unsure about decisions and expectations. There are also no strong or consistent processes, policies, or SOPs, making it difficult to maintain a stable way of working. Management is not always supportive and often shows a lack of empathy toward employees. This makes it harder to raise concerns or discuss challenges openly. Employee support is limited. Performance reviews can feel subjective, and feedback is not always well received. There have also been situations where professional processes were not handled properly. For example, when employees requested a discussion with management regarding salary payment timelines, the response from management was unprofessional and influenced by personal mood. This raises concerns about leadership and professionalism. Instead of addressing the issue constructively, management appeared reluctant to take responsibility for salary payments and chose to withhold payment after employees initiated the discussion. Compensation and benefits need serious improvement. Salaries are sometimes delayed, and required benefits are not fully provided. In some cases, employment insurance (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) contributions are deducted from salary but not properly paid, resulting in employees being unable to claim their benefits. Overall, these issues create a challenging work environment and may contribute to high employee turnover.
