They care about landing contracts to the point that it is disingenuous to customers. If leadership smells even a whiff of you not fitting with a contract, then you're just fired - no relocation chances... you're just fired without severance.

We hear your concerns and we are constantly working on improving ourselves and the employee experience at Fearless. Working with government clients has growing pains but the potential for so much impact.
One of our intentions at Fearless is to help shift the culture of contract-to-contract employment in the Government space. So, we created a robust ‘on-deck’ program to help our team members transition between contracts. It's important that we hire for the person, not the project.
