No cons to think of

We're working on a 3d global map and curated guidebook to help people get outdoors more and have adventures. Both conceptually and technically I find this utterly compelling to work on, and we get to go outdoors ourselves as well to test out our applications in the field. Since starting I've learned to ski in the alps and been downhill mountain biking in Italy and it's broadened my horizons significantly. There's a focused and collaborative vibe in the office and each of us gets to focus on interesting work using sensible open source technologies. Everybody, is friendly and eager to help and there's a fairly flat hierarchy meaning opinions can be shared freely. There is also plenty to do and plenty of difficult problems to solve, so those who are up for a challenge will find ample room for growth and learning new skills.

The company is still in a new phase since moving to Berlin a year ago and is finding its feet organisationally in some regards. There are a few important roles left unfilled at the moment. However, this means that new hires can have a big influence on the future direction and success of the company.
