      Pros

      The company is great and the products are very interesting to work with.

      Cons

      The competition in the cybersecurity space is fierce. While Fastly is top of mind for CDN, it is not the case for security, and their security portfolio is not as deep as other companies in the market, which makes it sometimes hard to fight and win deals. If you are aiming for a company where you can hit 150%, 200% of your target, it's maybe not the right one.

      Pros

      If you are fortunate enough to be hired under a strong, mature, professional, and caring manager, you can survive. A great boss can provide you with the necessary air cover and guidance through the quagmire that is the Fastly environment.

      C-Suite CEO HR Everything not related to company profitability.
