      Most of the people I work with day to day.

      Cons

      Everything is going badly and there's really nothing I can do about it. Performance KPIs are tied to things completely out of my control, and targets shift too frequently

      If you are fortunate enough to be hired under a strong, mature, professional, and caring manager, you can survive. A great boss can provide you with the necessary air cover and guidance through the quagmire that is the Fastly environment.
