      Fastline is an excellent company to work for where employees are friendly and welcoming with a fun, flexible, and relaxed atmosphere. Management understands work-life balance and actually respects that. They genuinely care about employees, have good values, and have an inclusive work culture. They are compassionate, respectful, and understanding. Managers are open to honest communication and welcome feedback. Employees and managers are committed to a successful, growing, and innovative environment. I love coming to work.

      Growing and developing new positions at such a face pace can cause some kinks in communication between departments.

      Pros

      My team is great, very responsive and everyone is a joy. My boss is great, responsive but doesn’t micromanage. I personally think I’m compensated very generously. Great benefits.

      It’s a smaller company so room for growth is a bit limited.

      Atmosphere was decent. Benefits were excellent.

      Cons

      At the time there were times of the month or even the week where many in this position had ample downtime. They would let you go home but required that you use your PTO as do most places. But honestly at the time, the positions could have been part-time because there were multiple days a week where work load was extremely light or even non-existent in some cases. I would have much rather been allowed to go home with no pay than to sit an pretend to seem busy. If you are paying me to work, I want to actually work.
