Fun work environment. Very busy, but still relaxed atmosphere

Work can get a little too busy sometimes

Great working environment, many of the employees have been here 10, 15 or 20 years so everyone is really helpful and work great together on projects. The length that employees stay really speaks volumes about how great of a place to work Fast-Rite is. The culture is fun they have celebrations/parties and do fun activities outside of work and in. There's a summer bean bag toss, chili cook off, lots of creative and fun ideas. Many employees have worked their way up to management so there is upward mobility here - which is hard to find at a lot of companies!

Product training for new hires could be improved.
