Food, cab facility, a bit of flexibility in terms of login and logout timings.
Cons
Because they provide food/cab they think they can give how much ever low salary they want. Low salary, no increments, no promotions. Lack of proper work culture. Toxic managers, ineffective/inefficient transport management, tasteless food, no leaves, there are absolutely no leaves on any days, employees have to assume leaves from their leave accounts, not on Diwali, not on Christmas (even though it's a US company), no leave on eid. Inefficient management strategies, managers feel they're principals, they say silly things like "I don't like if anyone replies to my mails using Capital letters because I feel they're "scolding " me in text form, so please avoid that". Colleagues have no common sense or work etiquette, openly ask caste, class and religion. Because of poor management, unhealthy competition prevails, jealousy, politics and unnecessary hatred among colleagues. No proper training given to employees, upper management is full of ego minded individuals full of spite, not all broad minded or talented. The person in the manager position respects only other manager positioneers, team leads-teamleads because of similar zeroes in their salary, anyone who doesn't have the same figure are treated poorly.
