Pros
A lot of good, smart people. We made good revenue. Top notch warehouse.
Cons
Starting in 2020, frequent layoffs. Then they switched to firing individuals with no due process. I lost many friends to FFF’s HR department. Layoffs and firings disproportionally affected women and people of color. CEOs have little accountability for their actions. The main guy, Mike, married a college student and started posting crazy things on Twitter, including anti-trans rants.
