Pros

There is a good canteen. Junior members of staff were really helpful.

Cons

I was really looking forward to working at FTI but from day one I was thrown in at the deep end with little to no support. The team pretend they have a "work hard play hard" ethos but in reality, they live to work, everybody is stressed and overworked and the more senior members of the team don't have any time to explain anything, nor do they give any consideration to your workload.
