the pay is pretty good but it is all given to the people at the top.

Cons

I am a former HR employee and I saw it all behind the scenes. This company is so unethical in the way they do things. If you or a loved one is sick and need time off the company culture will not support you. If a loved one dies you are expected to return to work after 3 days. So many people are leaving the company because of the poor company culture. DO NOT BE FOOLED!
