The MD has no idea, no strategy & no backbone & will believe anything negative about someone especially if it comes from Sales Admin. There will be no proper process or investigation. Toxic work environment where staff are allowed to scream obscenities to others with no consequences from leadership. High performers are looked down on & berated. Don't expect any training or support unless it is coming from Denmark, that is only for the MD favs.
