      As an Employee Owned Company, AVI Systems continues to innovate. The approach of having the Customer first, followed by the Company, then the Individual is a winning formula for sustainability, growth, and customer satisfaction.

      Cons

      Technology and Audio-Visual integration are complex, with hardware, software, and end user factors weighing in. Adding Construction considerations to the mix, including delays that make AV the last trade and therefore the most rushed trade, can make it extra challenging.

      Pros

      Very friendly and helpful peers. Employee ownership is a true benefit financially and culturally, there is a true sense of ownership top down.

      Cons

      Poor work life balance, management micro-manages activity and hyper critical. Onboarding was slow and somehow there was still expectation for high activity.
