      I’ve to say, the fun parts—like events and parties are well done, thanks to the HR team

      Cons

      Toxic culture - no team spirit, everyone just wants to dodge the responsibility Very hierarchy - the only way to get valued or trusted is by bad mouthing others No boundaries - management doesn’t respect people’s time or privacy

      Salary is a little bit higher than average, but not worth

      Cons

      TO all the time (ave. 9 hours OT per week), and taxi and dinner for OT compensation only, and you have to OT 3 hours to get it, workload is extremely heavy, and almost all the management levels are hire from outside, there is no promotion and development opportunity, especially for Chinese
