Pros
Individual employees are incredibly kind, thoughtful and hard workers. Technology stack is innovative and I believe we're well-positioned for the future. Offers the minimum benefits all software companies offer (unlimited PTO, health care, etc.)
Cons
Leadership is glaringly male-dominated and behind the curve on employee-first management practices. Diversity is lacking across the company in general, with no dedicated resources to change that. No wellness, learning, equity or 401k match benefits. Operates like a bureaucratic corporation that acquired a few healthy, high-energy tech startups and pretends to believe in the culture but only through lip-service and not through action. It's no surprise that more than 50% of employees acquired through its largest merger in the past year have left.
