I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FORM (London, England) in Dec 2020
Interview
I found the process refreshing, down to earth, professional and in many instances directly to the point. I could see that they were looking for someone with the right cultural fit, and also someone who wanted a long term career at the company.
I was interviewed during the Covid time and onboarded completely over video calls, the teams were all so patient and helpful.

Application
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FORM (Farnborough, Hampshire, South East England, England) in Jan 2018
Interview
Applied via recruiter, the interview at the offices in Farnborough was swiftly arranged. I was interviewed by 75% of the staff based in Farnborough, all male. There is a lady, who works with them, but she was not in the office. The interview was not competency-based rather "do we like you or not", which is important in a tiny team. Initially I received a positive feedback, then silence. Eventually I was told by the recruiter that they look for someone more junior (I am hardly a dinosaur myself), this puzzled me since the job description states 7-10 years of experience. The following stage could have been a video interview with the head of Sales in the States. My experience was neutral on the border with negative since they clearly look for a junior person to fit into the existing team and the interview did not touch much on sales or relationship-building experience.

Question 1
What do you know about WorldApp? Tell us about yourself. How often do you visit clients? What do you do in your spare time?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FORM (Braintree, MA)
Interview
This is the worst process I have ever had with a company. The overall process with WorldAPP was pretty straight forward. I started off with a phone interview and then I went into the office for an in-person interview and then I had a video interview with the CEO of the company. However, I am extremely annoyed with how my candidacy was handled for the position.
Everything went well up until the video interview. I first of all drove 5 hours to get to the office, since I am not from Massachusetts, for the position. The in-person interview itself went very well and then I received an email for the second round. During the second round of the interview, both interviewers told me that I would make a great career in sales which I am not interested in at all. A week went by after the second interview and I sent a follow up email and I was told that the "HR position was put on hold" but they wanted to offer me a sales job with the company.
I was incredibly annoyed that I wasted an entire day driving to their office, interviewing for the position and spent the money on gas and hotel to stay over night there. I even told them when they had discussed the sales position that I am not interested in sales at all and they conveniently put the position on hold and offered me a sales job anyways. These people wasted my time and money and completely disregarded what I want as a candidate. I will never associate myself with WorldAPP whether it be using their products or looking for a job.
