As for our Remote Work policy, a majority of our employees have been working remotely since March 2020 and we just released our new policy this week based on the idea that FINRA’s “Next Normal” will be a hybrid office environment—that is, a work environment that allows for a combination of remote and in-office presence. This policy will be implemented no sooner than January 2022.
