Mediocre Employer - Business Development Manager FCT Employee Review

The majority of the management team hasn't changed drastically since the early 2000s which means there are not a lot of opportunities to move up the corporate ladder. Also, the company as a whole doesn't seem to understand how the market is changing and revolving in the past 15 years. They are still banking on its bread & butter solution (title insurance, refinance program). A lot of department heads and/or team leads have been with the company for over 10 years, they do not have incentive to improve the internal processes but decided to better to keep the status quo.
