Great coworkers but poor management and low pay - Product Specialist FCT Employee Review

Low pay. They track office attendance. The CEO forced everyone back 3 days a week. Tuesday and Thursday are mandatory in office days but there aren't enough desks or parking spots. People are forced to park across the street at a church and walk across the busy intersection in snow/ice/rain/heat.
