Great pay for an entry level position. Healthy work life balance. Friday donuts and bagels. Movie screenings and meals. Everyone from top management to bottom employees are friendly and helpful.

Lots of emails to go through on a daily basis but that was already outlined in the hiring process and just like an job there are periods of stress that follow along. Management is very understanding to the company needs and makes sure that everyone is taken care of.

Friendly work environment, where colleagues are like friends/family. Coworkers are very friendly and there are lots of opportunities to feel apart of the team. Management emphasizes teamwork and cooperation to meet goals. There is always someone that is willing to help in both tough situations; both work and personal. I started working here a little over a year ago and from day 1, I was treated with respect and kindness. Even though the atmosphere is relaxed and laid back, the work is fast paced and demanding. Everyone loves to have fun but there is great balance of both fun and work at this office. I am very happy to be working here, because not only do I have a chance to learn and grow in the field of procurement and supply chain, but I am also surrounded by colleagues that care and watch each others back. Also, there are great benefits, like health and life insurance, vision, dental and 401k.

Like any job, there are draw backs. The hours can be long and weekends are sometimes a necessary evil. But, it is these instances where the teamwork and collaboration become most evident. Oh, and don't get me started on the emails! But then again, this is true for most corporate jobs. In summary, this is a great place to work with a group of solid, dependable colleagues that work hard, while still knowing how to have fun. What more could you ask for?
