Pros
The hours are good and flexible with advance notice, benefits are great, and the pay is very good for anyone in an entry level position. I started at the company with no experience whatsoever in the procurement industry. The managers, assistant managers, Team lead, even down to regular employees everyone was very kind, friendly, patience, and understanding. The job it self is not very stressful as long as you understand what you are doing and work diligently you will have enough time to complete everything. Management understand that the employee’s works very hard and constantly reward everyone with free trip to the movies, baseball games, free lunches and etc.
Cons
It goes without saying that there are times that everyone is swamped with work, however as long as you show that you are working diligently management is very understanding and will assist you in any way possible. There are times that everyone needs to work overtime to complete and meet quota this is not an option even for the managers, but the managers always show appreciation for everyone that assist helping the company meet quota. Over all Fastx is a great place to work at, so as long as you show up to work on time and work diligently during your time here and you will have no problem.
