      Pros

      Very rewarding career with a tremendous amount of responsibility. Work with minimal supervision - unless you make a mistake! Then everyone is your boss:-)

      Cons

      Incompetent management that is totally isolated from the mission of the FAA. Work weird hours and all holidays - but that comes with the territory:-)
