      Salary, coworkers, benefits, job security.

      Cons

      Labor and management hated one another. Working all three shifts in one week, every week. I never had a Saturday or Sunday weekend for 16 years. You have to retain the same medical clearance as a pilot. Mandatory retirement on your 56th birthday.
