Pros

- Nice people - Flexible working hours

Cons

- Poor Management - Poor Salary with some bonuses that you might get or not that depends on what your team lead is dreaming in the night - KPI's that you are not able to complete and each month they are changing the end of the month so you will not be able to complete. (If you have time until end of the month they will ask the kpi's on 23rd just for you not to finish :) ) - Always lying on hiring process about trips and benefits. No person from Romania has gone in to the office for like 3 years. They are always promoting trips to Brazil but that happend like 7-8 years ago and only the upper management was in the trip. Now when the team is bigger they are offering team buildings just for some teams and they don't tell that in front of the whole company. - You can get fired anytime with no reason - Always asking for more work to do and learn new stuff but with no compensation. If you ask for a raise you could be kicked out - When you get an increase they will say it is a bonus and we will not add in the contract and after 2 months they will find a KPI for you to fill in for that bonus even though they told you the bonus will be permanent in order to increase your salary

Pros

Flexible timing and no micromanaging with supportive team members plus Weekend off

Cons

Pay might be less for some positions, and as they are hiring on contract, job security is not that great.
