F6S is a family environment and people usually stay for a long time. It is a company where you can learn and achieve satisfying goals. It is a job, but often does not feel like one because we are here to help tech founders. It feels good to be doing something helpful. Teams present their results every week so we can all see KPIs. Everyone has a chance to be heard and most feedback is acted on quickly. The product is much better than a few years ago.
