      Pros

      Pay was enough to market standard Few roles get RSU which is a great advantage Decent insurance coverage Their CTC breakup don't include employer PF contribution

      Cons

      Very Very slow growth on technical ladder after SE3 & SSE (I spent 5yr as SSE but they did show any growth to me) Work pressure if you are in customer focused team No management support when an engineer wants to change the team.
