The company benefits are outstanding. The work/life balance is very good.
Cons
f5 suffers from the fate of being a relatively small company while rapidly growing. As such they tend to cut corners to get things done quickly without considering the long term consequences. Currently they are actively outsourcing much of their IT applications work instead of using in-house talent. This is driving the in-house employees to consider seeking other employers. Also the management within the IT department is scattered. They are not interested in engaging with their employees and tend to turn a blind eye to their employees' concerns, particularly when it comes to work that has been outsourced to 3rd parties that are providing low quality results.
