Pros
Great Work/Life balance. Excellent employee treatment. Great health benefit with no premium plan option. Relaxed environment. Beautiful view of Puget Sound. No back-stabbing and stack ranking as at Microsoft. Help and knowledge-sharing are really encouraged and rewarded. F5 is a current leader in its field and very profitable.
Cons
The commute through downtown Seattle is bad. Its future and directions seem uncertain since the high tech industry is transitioning into the cloud, and no one knows for sure who will emerge as the leaders at the end.
