Pros
I believe that F5 cares about its human-first reputation and doing the right thing. I trust the C-level executives and their vision. Lower management and individual contributors are both talented and strategic.
Cons
F5 is experiencing a lot of change, not all of it is necessary at once. At times, senior management direction feels like a disconnect from C-level strategy. Lots of new leaders are bringing lots of new ideas, but aren't always connected to the less-exciting work we have to maintain. Burnout is common.
