Management sucks; they have favorites. The acquisitions are not picking up, new product is very buggy and hard to sell. The only way you can close deals is if you have been with the company for some time and already have relationships for years. A lot of these customers have worked with employees for a long time and they are literally friends so they tend to pull on each other. There are some people that can literally say or do anything and only get a slap in the wrist while others get put in punishment. This technology is dying and the company is trying to stay afloat if you want to grow don't think about this company is a waste. Their account managers are overworked and under appreciated.
