Pros
After covid, most teams offer fully remote or flexible in office jobs. They have been generous this past year giving us every last Friday of the month off. Lots of products and infrastructure to work with because they own the entire pipeline of traffic for most companies. This allows us to build products that can be fully integrated across the internet, from browser to network.
Cons
Doesn't seem like everyone is on the same page for the path forward. Too many different teams are working on achieving the same or similar goal and there is a lot of overlap at the end of the day. Culture seemed to be more talk than action. Previously coming from a small start up, the culture at F5 is bleak.
