      Company full of people who understand the complexities of delivering applications at the intersection of performance, applications, and networking interact. Amazing array of opportunities for product line growth to solve really hard problems facing the industry today.

      Cons

      Lack of market awareness of the breadth of solutions that we have to help customers solve their problems today. Lack of awareness in the app developer and devops communities that we have products that can help them as well.

      * I enjoyed the collaborative team culture. Everyone was supportive and willing to help each other. * The work-life balance was good, and the overall working environment was relatively low stress. * I had opportunities to work on large-scale enterprise products and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

      Cons

      * One area I felt could be improved was compensation growth. As my responsibilities and technical skills expanded, I was looking for opportunities that offered stronger career and compensation progression.
