F5 provides great benefits and people generally have good work-life balance. They are in a solid technical field with an interesting product lineup. It's one of the few companies that help put Seattle on the map in the tech world.
Cons
Turf wars from low-level management on up, across the entire organization which makes a very exhausting and disappointing environment.
