      Was a supportive environment, things have changed a lot. Free drinks, stock gifting if you meet numbers

      Cons

      Too much below average middle management, case loads have probably tripled yet Customer Sat numbers have been made harder to meet. Growth has been painful as numbers have become more important than customers or employees. Very cliquey

      Lower than standard industry pay Corporate culture weeds out those who don't toe the line Weak management with little to no mentorship High turnover, downsizing regularly No direction or accountability within or across teams No advancement opportunity / only senior positions ever available
