Pros

A strong work-life balance distinguishes F5 Networks as a great place to work.

Cons

As an older employee for well over 5 years, despite commendable annual performance reviews and meritorious recognition by senior management, compensation (e.g., raises and RSA) have consistently declined as approaching retirement. Consideration for promotion dematerializes for older workers. F5 Networks is a great place to work, but don't expect the compensation provided to younger employees when approaching retirement.
