Cool technologies and great people. Benefits are very good.
Cons
Company tries hard to maintain profit margins which has meant holding back investing in the business over the past couple of years because product revenue growth has slowed. You might have great big ideas there, but getting resources and budget to actually make things happen may be wishful thinking
