Pros
- Rumeneration was great - Work colleagues were awesome - Employees were from all nationalities. It was great to know and learn from other countries and cultures. - Learning curve was pretty steep. - Work life was pretty OK.
Cons
- Job load was pretty hectic at times. - They product is very complex and there is no specialisation. We needed to support all products even though we have little experience. We became jack of all trades and master of none. - Race to clear the queue so even if you didn't have the bandwidth you still needed to take the cases. - Pay increase was very slow and limited.
