Being a director at F.S Mackenzie Georgia has been an enriching experience. The opportunity to lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals is incredibly rewarding. I appreciate the autonomy I have in decision-making and the trust that the company places in my leadership. The culture here encourages innovation, which allows us to stay ahead in our industry.

However, the role comes with its set of challenges. The pressure to consistently deliver results can be overwhelming at times. Balancing strategic planning with day-to-day management demands a significant time commitment, which can impact work-life balance. Additionally, navigating organizational changes and aligning multiple departments with company goals remains a continual challenge.

The company is developing quickly not just in Russia, but internationally. It gives an emplyee all means (internet, telephone, insurence, even a friedge in the office) to do the job. One only has to do it.

An office in Novosibirsk is rather small (8 people), so mostly employees are doing different jobs, not relating to their position. But it is almost in all companies like that (if less then 50 people working).
