Interview
3 rounds. First time you talk 1:1 with the manager. Second round - you have a call from HR in Moscow (usually a thelephone call). They ask you about your working experiance (do not be afraid if you have none, it is most important to have a will and ability to learn quickly), give some tipickal situation (like the carg ois late and the client is shouting at you) just to see your reaction. The thrid round is the last (if you got called, it means they are choosing between you and someone else). Nothing special.
