Pros
Lot of cons than pros, which sometimes exploited by smart un-resourceful employees. They send you to US for a very short term based on how you behave with management not based on your skills. (Note: They make you sign papers etc.,) I don't know, how this company still survives. It good for freshers, they can join & gain some knowledge & leave the company soon. Lot of seniors left (Almost 30-40 people left this company within a short period of time), they have done a good job technologies.
Cons
Funny to see to this company having 2.8 reviews. Since most of them are fake reviews. No value for potential Buggy software - no challenge, only patch work (There are no interesting stuff to work or leadership from which you can learn) Employee exit handling - one of the worst companies. Overall rating - I don't see ZERO. This company really deserves a big ZERO.
