Pros

Free coffee and muffins... 7 free nights per year...which actually isn't much.

Cons

Low pay for the amount of work... you will be working alone, doing the work of 5 people, and they still require you to clock out for a lunch even if you may not even get to take one. They promote the most incompetent people to management slots.....probably because hiring on anybody who is actually intelligent will put the place out of business very quickly. Its not likely ESA will be around much longer though....so you might as well give the smarter people a chance. Little to no hours. Most managers will pick a favorite, usually the most unreliable person, to put in the full time slot....and the rest are stuck with a pathetic 12-20 hour week - $8.50/hour. Good luck trying to survive on this job alone. "REACH 4 REWARDS" Crap program that they put front desk associates in charge of doing, when it should be the job of the PR/Sales/Marketing division...but again, only the morons get promoted to upper-level slots, so they probably don't know how to put in a REACH lead. I'd be surprised if they can actually read this review.

Pros

Great leadership from management! My GM has really taken me under her wing and ensures I have all the knowledge & tools available to be the best I can be. She goes above and beyond for the entire staff, consistently shows her gratitude, and never asks anything of the staff that she isn’t willing to do herself! Customer service is my favorite line of work and the only work I’ve ever done. ESA is my first hotel job, and I feel so at home with the company. When I was initially hired, I was just looking for a way to make ends meet. I’ve been with ESA for over 90 days now, and I have grown to love being a part of this company. I am in it for the long haul, and look forward to growing with this company and advancing my career!

Cons

I have no cons. My employment so far has been amazing!
